The director’s diverse skills deliver the rounded knowledge needed to successfully deliver the company’s mission.


HUGO HOUSE

A creative problem-solver, leading teams of specialists to successfully deliver projects and business plans, Hugo has over 16 years of renewable energy industry experience.

He has worked extensively within the full life-cycle of renewable energy projects from development, construction, operation, the sale of power, and supply to the end consumer.

He has successfully developed over 200MW of high yield solar sites. Operating with a ‘community first’ mindset, he has mobilised local support to win consent for sites in green belt, areas on outstanding natural beauty and ecologically sensitive areas.

LIBAN ELMI

A Chartered Engineer who has successfully worked in design, engineering, management, and construction for 15 years. Liban is specialized in renewable energy, and has constructed over 500 MWp of utility scale projects. He has a broad range of technical, personal and commercial skills and has built several high achieving, cohesive teams that together have delivered high performing renewable energy systems around the globe.

Liban was awarded his Bachelor of Engineering degree from University of Sussex, and his Masters degree in Renewable Energy from Loughborough University.


JOHN COLOMBI

John has worked in renewable energy, growing his expertise in a range of technologies and disciplines since 2005. Applying his skills to over 300 MW of renewable capacity, he has guided multiple developments through the full project life-cycle: from conception to development, financing, construction, operation, and even decommissioning.

In addition to his work in renewable energy development, John has also run a multi discipline consultancy providing bespoke services supporting investors, community groups, installers and other partners in the UK and overseas exploring and deploying tehnologies such as wind, solar PV, battery storage and peaking plant. 

John’s focus is on project development, technical due diligence and commercial and economic matters.

Mari Webster

Mari is a chartered town planner with over 20 years of planning experience in both the public and private sectors. She has managed projects and determined applications relating to major EIA schemes including renewable energy schemes, mineral extraction and restoration schemes, strategic waste management facilities, and waterfront development. She has also been involved in the formulation of planning policy and led liaison committees.

As Associate Director of Planning, Mari oversees the preparation of planning applications for each of Spring project and is the key liaison with local authorities and statutory consultees throughout the planning process.


Sushant Davane

Sushant is an experienced designer of commercial and residential solar PV systems as well as designing ground-mounted solar and energy storage projects. An electrical engineering graduate from Mumbai University, Sushant has also completed his Master’s degree in Renewable Energy at the University of Cranfield, UK. Sushant is passionate about developing solutions for practical energy problems and enhancing the state of the art Solar PV technology.

 As design engineer, Sushant is responsible for the development of our system designs, helping to ensure our projects are technically optimised and intelligently planned.


Helena White

Helena is a Chartered Surveyor who previously worked in the Private sector providing Land and Property advice between 2016 - 2023. With experience across both England and Scotland she has been involved in securing land agreements for a variety of different renewable projects, including, solar, wind and battery storage sites. Helena is also a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers [CAAV] and is passionate about Landowners and Developers working together to deliver renewable energy projects across the UK.

 As the Land Acquisition Manager, Helena is responsible for securing all the necessary Land and Property related rights and agreements across each project.
